The typical lifespan of a Rumours Watch® battery is 2-3 years for normal use. However, factors like frequency of use and functions used can impact battery life. We recommend having your battery replaced every 2-2.5 years for optimal performance. Our Service Center provides quality battery replacements.
Most Rumours Watch® styles are water resistant to 30M, meaning they can withstand splashes and brief immersion, but cannot be taken swimming. Some specialty sport styles are water resistant to 50M for swimming and shallow diving. Check your watch specs to confirm the water rating.
Rumours Watch® offers free returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused with original tags and packaging. Exchanges are available within 14 days. Customized watches cannot be returned or exchanged. Please visit our Returns Policy page or contact Customer Care for full details.
We offer free standard shipping worldwide. Estimated delivery times are: United States - 3-5 business days; Canada - 5-7 business days; International - 7-10 business days. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Tracking information is provided with all shipments.
